In CK3 you can play as crusader state - specifically the crusader state of Jerusalem. As Jerusalem, with this new start date, we have to try to survive as we face off against Saladin. I cannot tell you how much I think Richard the Lionheart is overrated - he's a crusader king for sure but that doesn't make him a good king of England.
