Nairobi, Kenya is a bustling city with a unique blend of urban and natural attractions. Here's a budget travel guide with a daily budget of around $30:

Accommodation:Look for budget-friendly options like guesthouses, hostels, or budget hotels in areas like Westlands or Upper Hill. You can find options for around $20-25 per night.

Food:Opt for local eateries, street food, and small restaurants for affordable meals. Try traditional Kenyan dishes like nyama choma or ugali. Plan to spend around $10-12 a day on food.

Things to Do:Visit the Nairobi National Park, known for its close proximity to the city and abundant wildlife.Explore the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust for a chance to see and learn about orphaned elephants.Wander around Karura Forest for a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle.

Internet:Most cafes, restaurants, and public spaces in Nairobi offer free Wi-Fi. You may also consider getting a local SIM card with a data plan for reliable internet.

Shopping:Maasai Market is a great place for unique, handcrafted souvenirs. Budget around $10-15 for shopping.

Money:Use local currency (Kenyan Shilling) for most transactions. ATMs are widely available in the city.

Transport:Use matatus (shared minivans) or buses for getting around the city. They are a cost-effective way to travel. Consider using ride-hailing services like Uber or Bolt for convenience and safety.

Safety:Nairobi is generally safe, but be cautious of pickpockets in crowded areas. Avoid walking alone at night in poorly lit areas.

Remember to explore local markets and try street food for an authentic experience. Additionally, consider visiting free attractions like Uhuru Park for a view of the city skyline. Enjoy your time in Nairobi!
