Today I'm trying a 400-year-old style of Japanese Ju-Jutsu called Yagyu Shingan Ryu.
My teacher is Sensei Per Eriksson. He holds the highest rank of Menkyo Kaiden and Shihan-Dai directly from Japan. But he's also a BJJ black belt!
