Hapunan (https://maps.app.goo.gl/bxEuFS1UWNkAzZj29) is one of the best Filipino restaurants in all of New Zealand! They started off as a food truck, serving comfort food, with twist, and grew into a full storefront location in Huapai, just outside of Auckland, New Zealand.
On their menu you’ll find classic street food and home cooked dishes from the Philippines, like adobo, kare kare, grilled chicken inasal, and lechon kawali. But at Hapunan, they put their own unique twist on these classic Filipino dishes. After our amazing meal, we tried some of their signature desserts, which you have to try when you visit.
