Something I’ve been asking myself for a long time is, could I make this short range EV work out on a long road trip. So anything, with about 250-270 miles of range and taking it remote. Well, that’s what we’re finding out. So join me on a trip from Houston to the most remote place in the great state of Texas. Big Bend National Park. To see (1) If a short range EV like this can handle that trip, (2) how comparable this trip would be to a gas vehicle and most importantly (3) was the actual trip. Driving an EV including a short range EV is 100% possible, and I’d do it again, too. Gas cars give you more flexibility for where you stop, and even accommodations. I do think we would’ve had a similar level of enjoyment on this trip regardless of car type, EV or Gas. FTC Disclaimer: Some links above are affiliate links from which I get a small commission.
