I Used Tuning And Made Twice A LORE ACCURATE DEMON In My Hero Ultra Rumble

It’s been a while since I last played Twice in My Hero Ultra Rumble so I figured I’d run some matches with him and make a build with him as well. Previously I used tuning to make Twice an extremely strong debuff character but this time around I wanted to make him more lore accurate and focused on giving him an extremely quick special action cooldown. This means I can clone enemies after every down allowing me to recreate the Sad Mans Parade. The other perks on the build also greatly amplify his strengths making him even more of a demon.
