It’s a Ryoutei, or traditional high-class Japanese restaurant, that serves Kaiseki cuisine - a multi-dish course that serves local, fresh, and seasonal ingredients. I’ll talk to the manager and good friend, Kazuki San, about the history of the restaurant as well as future plans! All this, while enjoying some delicious food, a GIANT melon shaved ice, and a secret present for all those watching! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can check out Toyokan’s socials here: Homepage: https://toyokan.jp Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/toyokan_sendai/?ref=marketsplash.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🌸 ✈️ 🌸 Are you visiting Japan and worried about WiFi?
