This has been called the worst place in the state? Wow this place is terrible! What happened here?
It was Day 6 on my southern road trip, and this was the first time I saw anything like this. It was a loss of oil and energy jobs that started Shreveport down the wrong pathway. Now, it's poor, dangerous and just sad.
