駐車場に於いては国道403沿いから松村町営駐車場に向かう途中にある駐車場を紹介しました
北斎館駐車場は繁忙期はバス専用となりますのでご注意下さい

Regarding the parking lot, we introduced the parking lot along National Route 403 on the way to the Matsumura Municipal Parking Lot.
Please note that the Hokusaikan parking lot is reserved for buses during busy seasons.
