In the final class of their degree, culinary arts students at Tidewater Community College learn garde manger, the art of presenting cold food. In preparation for the students' final banquet, Steve Latham of Ice Art Inc. taught the students how to carve ice sculptures, which will be the centerpiece for the students' cold food presentations.
