I have tried a lot of different ways to make an ice cream cone drip cake, but I finally found the perfect way to do it! Here is a step by step tutorial so you can make your very own!!! White Chocolate Drip 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 1 cup white chocolate chips or melting chocolates Heat the heavy cream in a microwave save bowl for 30 - 45 seconds. When it gets warm (you'll know because it will star to bubble up) add the white chocolate chips and allow them to sit in the warm cream for a few minutes. Once those have sat for 2-3 minutes, stir the mixture very well until you get the desired consistency. If you have any chunks of un-melted chocolate, just pop it back in the microwave for 5-10 seconds at a time. Add the desired food coloring color, allow it to come to a warm room temperature and then apply to cake with a squeeze bottle.
