Hi... this time I made tasty processed pumpkin, named Melted Pumpkin Dessert, it tastes sweet mixed with the savory coconut milk, so addicting.

Melted Pumpkin Dessert Recipe

Yields 5 cups @300ml.
Yellow Layer Ingredients:
- 300gr (weight after been cleaned up) pumpkin
- 130gr sugar
- 130ml instant coconut milk
- 470ml water
- 50gr tapioca four
- 25gr rice flour
- half tsp salt
- half tsp vanilla paste
White Layer Ingredients:
- 200ml coconut milk
- 200ml water
- half tsp slat
- half tsp vanilla paste
- 1-2 sheets of pandan leaf
- 25gr cornstarch dissolved in a little water
