The context for the fic is Cromdo accidentally lets slip to Kit (my OC) that he was married and had a child but he was uncertain where the child ended up and shows what really happened to his wife.
The context for the video is Cromdo is still uncertain about being a good father to Gramble and starts to remember his wife and vents to Beffica.
