How to make SUPER Delicious Matcha Bun | Crispy outside and Soft inside | Papparoti/Rotiboy | Qiong 🍞Ingredients 1. Bread Dough 250g Bread flour 1.59cup 115ml Cold water 0.49cup 3g Instant yeast 1tsp 30g Caster sugar 2.4tbsp 1pc Egg 55g+- 8g Matcha powder 4tsp 3g Salt 1/2tsp 25g Unsalted butter 1.76tbsp 2.
