For Batter:-

1 Inch - Ginger
1 - Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/2 Cup - Water
Salt as per Taste
1/4 Tsp - Ajwain
1/2 Tsp - Eno
1 Tsp - Oil
Ingredients For Chutney :-
1 - Onion
1 - Red Tomatoes
2 Dry Red Chilli
4-5 - Garlic
1 Inch - Ginger
1/2 Tsp - Salt
1/3 Tsp - Water
For Tadka:-
1 Tbsp - Oil
1 Tsp - Chana Dal
1 Tsp - Urad Dal
1/2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/2 Tsp - Black Mustard Seeds
1 Pinch - Hing
6-8 Curry Leaves
1 Dry Red Chilli
1/2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
