Add cumin seeds and roast them for 10-20 seconds. -After that, add ginger garlic paste and chicken. Cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame until it changes color. -Now add capsicum, carrot, spring onion, and chopped onion. Mix well and cook it for 2 minutes. -Add green chillies, black pepper powder, turmeric, Cumin seeds powder, red chilli flakes, salt, and water. Mix well and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame. -Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a plate. Add fresh coriander, mayonnaise, and ketchup to the hot mixture. Mix well and let it cool. -After that, add mozzarella cheese in it and mix well. For coal smoke, take a small bowl and place it on a mixture. Heat a piece of coal and place the burning coal in a small bowl. Drop a few drops of oil on the coal and cover for 4-5 minutes. Directions for Cone Dough: -In a bowl, add All-purpose flour, salt, and oil. Mix well. -Gradually add water and knead until a soft dough is formed. -Cover it and rest it for 10 minutes. -Sprinkle flour on the working surface, take a small dough, make a ball, and press it gently with the palm of your hand. -Sprinkle more flour on the working surface, press the dough ball on the working surface with your hand and roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and make a thin chapati/wrap. -Heat the cooking pan on high flame (don’t use oil or ghee). -Place the chapati/wrap on the cooking pan and leave it for 1-1.5 minutes. Then turn the side of chapati/wrap and cook it for 1-1.5 minutes. -Bring out the wrap in plate. Similarly, make other wraps. -Place the wraps on each other and cut them into two halves. Directions for Binding: -In a small bowl, add all-purpose flour and water and whisk well until smooth. The flour slurry is ready! -Brush flour slurry on one side of the wrap and fold the wrap to make a cone. Seal the bottom of the cone properly with flour slurry and add filling in cones. -Now dip the top of the cones into flour slurry and coat it with breadcrumbs. -In a wok, heat cooking oil and place cones in it. Fry the cones on medium flame. -Do not stir the spoon instantly. After 3 minutes, stir the spoon and fry until crispy golden color (estimated frying time 6 minutes). Tips and Tricks: -You can save it for 3-4 days in an airtight jar in the refrigerator.
