Quite a handy little module. Its primary purpose is for use behind an etched mirror where it illuminates a suitable symbol for acting as a touch switch.
This module could also be used behind a plastic or glass panel with a suitable printed graphic.
The circuitry is based around what I think is a standard microcontroller with a touch sensor input function. It has a pinout that I've seen before.
A lot of the circuitry is for decoupling of electrical noise to ensure the stability of the touch sensing.
Although it is designed for 12/24V operation, the circuitry uses a standard 5V regulator and should operate at lower voltages too.
