With humanity on the brink of extinction, the Doom Slayer becomes the last hope against the forces of darkness. However, the threat extends beyond Hell itself, as the alien Khan Maykr emerges with a sinister plan to eradicate humanity entirely, justifying it as a means to preserve the balance of the universe.
