✅ Step 1: Check Your Cadence from your last run on whatever app you use, if your device does not record cadence proceed to step 2
✅ Step 2: Download a Metronome and find your cadence if still needed from step 1, if you know it set it at 180 bpm's and run in step with it for a couple minutes to see what it feels like.
✅ Step 3: Set the Metronome at 5 bpm's higher than your last recorded run. Run with this until it becomes natural.
✅ Step 4: Over the next couple weeks, bump up the BPM's until you find a higher cadence that feels good for you.
✅ Step 5: Be Patient and allow up to 6 months or more to dial it in. The most important thing is to pay attention to your foot strike, keeping it underneath you.
