Citrus juice is a key component of many cocktails and other beverages, but the price of citrus fruit like lemons and limes can be eye-watering at times, depending on the state of the world. Super Juice is a method that multiplies the volume of juice extracted from a lemon or lime by 5 times without changing the flavour. So 3 to 4 limes can make a pint (480 mL) of Super Juice that tastes effectively the same.
However, we can do better with a little chemistry and tweaking.
