An animal control officer and an intern drive to a private forested area after receiving a call from a local about a wild dog. On their way, they come across a stop sign blocking the road, enforced by the National Guard. The officer is surprised because he knows the area well and sees no reason for military presence. Ignoring the sign, they continue their search for the wild dog.
