🇨🇳 In Southern China, THIS is My Go-To Noodle Menu 🍜 👌🏼 (Mi Xian)

Anyone who spends time in the hundreds of medium size towns across China knows that even a “small town” (population approaching 1 million) will have a bustling energy each day around noon - the lunchtime break school rush afternoon rest, and back to work or school.

Just BEFORE this rush is the BEST time to find yourself some delicious street food - and this is my favorite dish to have (I have it daily) anytime I am in southern China.
