Fall is synonymous with pumpkins and one of my favorite recipes to make during this season besides the pies is butternut squash chapati. A delicious chapati recipe and easy to make at home. and am sure you'll enjoy it.
INGREDIENTS
1 Small butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and cut into medium dice and then steamed or boiled ( I prefer roasting in the oven )
6 cups all purpose flour, plus extra as needed
1 cup water, plus more as needed
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbs olive oil
