We absolutely loved this brief from Samuel - fabulous, fun and millenial pride vibes!!! Samuel actually proposed to Liam 5 minutes prior to this moment, on a bridge just the two of them...so the proposal was intimate and unique, and then Liam got this huge public surprise!!!
