INDIA-PAKISTAN: THE DRIFT TO WAR
The armies of India and Pakistan are now drawn up against each other just across the frontiers. India's Premier, Mrs. Indira Gandhi, is currently on a tour of Europe and the US as part of an attempt to persuade the world leaders to put pressure on Pakistan to create the sort of political solution in East Bengal that would allow the ten million Bengali refugees now in India to return home.
