1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
Chili as desired
¼ teaspoon Cardamom
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon red food coloring

2 medium onions, and sauté them
2 medium tomatoes

4 tablespoons of oil
Charcoal and oil
