This popular street food doesn’t need any introduction! Potato, onion, chickpeas, and coriander chutney stuffed crispy puri drenched in sour and spicy mint flavoured water (pudina pani) easily fills one's mouth and takes taste buds on a journey to heaven, and it's no surprise that it's a popular street snack known as gol gappa, puchka, pakodi, Pani Puri, and so on. Making your own pudina vala pani and masala for panipuri is not only a healthier option, but it also allows you to customise it to your liking. It is very simple to make and can be found at any Indian grocery store or made at home using this recipe.

महाराष्ट्र आणि आंध्र प्रदेश प्रांतात कुरकुरीत पुरीसह उकडलेले चणे, बटाटा, तिखट, मसालेदार पाणी, चिंचेची चटणी यासह सर्व्ह केलेला पदार्थ म्हणजे 'पाणीपुरी'.

Despite being a fried snack, golgappa is surprisingly low in calories. One serving of pani puri typically contains around 30-50 calories, making it an ideal snack for those watching their weight. The high fibre content in chickpeas also helps you feel full for longer, reducing the urge to overeat.

पाणीपुरी खाण्याचे फायदे:-
*पोटाशी संबंधित आजार दूर होण्यास देखील पाणीपुरी खाल्ल्याने मदत होऊ शकते.
*तुमचे वजन कमी करण्यासाठी पाणीपुरी खाणे फायदेशी होऊ शकते.
*मधुमेह असणारे लोक सुद्धा पाणीपुरी खाऊ शकतात. कारण यामध्ये जिरं,पुदिना, काळं मिरं यांसारख्या घटकांचा समावेश असतो.
*कोलेस्ट्रोलची पातळी राखण्यासाठी देखील पाणीपुरी खाणे उपयुक्त ठरु शकते.

Ingredients

Sweet Chutney Preparation
1 Cup Jaggery (Soaked)
12 Dates (Soaked & De-seeded)

Masala Preparation
4 tbsp Cumin Seeds
15-20 Black Peppercorns
2 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 tbsp Carom seeds

Panipuri Water Preparation
1 cup Mint Leaves
1 cup Coriander Leaves
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/4 cup Ginger (chopped)
Rock Salt (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
1/2 tsp Raw Mango Powder
5-6 Ice Cubes
Water (as required)
Ice Cubes
1-litre water

Sweet Chutney Preparation
1/4 Red Chilli Powder
Salt (as per taste)
Rock Salt (as per taste)
Water (as required)

Ragda Preparation
1 cup White Peas (cooked)
1 cup Black chickpeas
1 Onion (chopped)
Rock Salt (as per taste)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander leaves (chopped)
Water (as required)
Raw Mango Powder
1 Cup Boondi
