One of the most popular and funniest sessions at Mathrubhumi International Festival Of Letters, veteran actor/comedian Innocent and his wife Alice Innocent, both cancer survivors, share their story with author and journalist Sreekanth Kottakal. കാന്സര് വീട്ടിലെ ചിരി was one of the biggest crowd pullers at MBIFL 2019. The session was loosely based on the Innocent's autobiography, 'കാൻസർ വാർഡിലെ ചിരി'.
