GIVEN THAT, WE HAVE EXPOSED CONCRETE AND MASSIVE PIECES OF GLASS FACING THE PARK. I WANTED TO DESIGN SOMETHING THAT HAD THE AMOUNT OF VIEWS AND NATURAL LIGHT THAT A GLASS BUILDING OFFERS. WE WANTED TO HAVE SOMETHING THAT GAVE IT A SOUL AND A CHARACTER, AND IT REALLY COULD BE PART OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD.”
