We are unpeeling the ORANGE and looking at Organisation, Reading, Activity, Nutrition, Gratitude and Engagement to as ways to help you wit positive change.
Back in 2018, I was diagnosed with depression after years of self doubt and lack of confidence on the inside. Through these ways of change, I have changed my life and with the right support, you could to. My journey is not over and there are challenges everyday, but, I am also growing based on these 6 principles.
We also need to be clear that as much as organisation, reading, gratitude and engagement are ways that can be achieved mentally, we ask that all listeners discuss with a GP or doctor before making any big changes to their diet or exercise based on the discussions, ideas and guests views on the podcast, when considering nutrition and activity changes.
