I take a moment to reflect on the importance of having good friends who inspire and support you on your journey. I'm at my friend Aidy's house, helping him clean as he gets ready to move out and into his almost-completed Sprinter van. Aidy is converting the van to live in with his 14-year-old twins, and seeing his progress motivates me with my own Yoga Bus build. Good friends remind us of what’s possible and offer encouragement when we need it most. I feel so lucky to have people like Aidy in my life—his determination and positivity are a constant source of inspiration.
