- *Dal*: moong dal (split green gram)
- *Poha/Flatten rice*: Half a cup
- *Water*: For soaking and grinding
- *Ginger*: A few pieces
- *Eno*: 1 pouch (for fluffiness)
- *Red chili powder*: For sprinkling on top
- *Coriander*: Washed, along with stalks
- *Green chili*: 1 piece
- *Sweet neem leaves*: 20-25 leaves
- *Cumin seeds*: Half a teaspoon
- *Salt*: To taste
- *Sugar*: 2 spoons
- *Curd*: 2 spoons
- *Ice cubes*: 2 for chutney
### Method:
1. *Soaking*: In a mixing bowl, combine moong dal and pava. Wash well and soak for an hour.
2. *Grinding*: After soaking, grind the mixture in two batches, adding ginger and water as needed. The batter should be smooth and not too thick.
3. *Chutney Preparation*: In a mixer jar, blend coriander, green chili, ginger, sweet neem leaves, cumin seeds, salt, sugar, curd, and ice cubes until smooth.
4. *Batter Preparation*: Take half of the batter in another bowl, add Eno activated with a spoonful of water, and mix well until fluffy.
5. *Steaming*: Pour the batter into a greased plate, sprinkle red chili powder, cover, and steam for 10 minutes on high flame.
6. *Serving*: Once steamed, let it cool slightly, grease with oil, cut into pieces, and serve with the prepared green chutney.
