Ingredients :

Dry yeast-7g(1 pack)
Sugar-1st. l
Salt-1h. l
Water (warm) - 100ml
Flour-600g
Boiling water-150ml (85°-90°t)
Sunflower.oil-4st. l

Preparation..


In warm water, add sugar+sunflower oil (about 1 tbsp. l)+ yeast-mix well, set aside, to activate the yeast..
in the meantime... In a bowl with flour (250g), add salt-mix, make a recess in the middle and add our activated yeast from a glass+2st.l of sunflower oil to this flour, mix with a spoon and dilute with boiling water (150ml)- quickly and thoroughly mix with a spoon for 2 minutes, then with your hands(be careful - the dough is very hot, do not burn)..
Knead the dough for 8-12 minutes..It should not stick to your hands!))
After the kneading is finished, take a clean dish (lubricate with vegetable oil) - and lay the dough, cover with cling film, on top with a kitchen towel..

And we give it to stand for 10 minutes, you can immediately make pies, pizza, etc.
Ie do not wait 10 or 30 MINUTES-THE DOUGH is INSTANT (in my case, the dough stood 30min. t. k prepared the filling)
