Intelligent Memory's DDR4 High-Density Components & Modules

Intelligent Memory is one of the few memory manufacturers to offer both DRAM components and DRAM modules (as well as customizable NAND flash memory). IM offers DDR4 components ranging from 4Gb to 32Gb, and DDR4 modules from 4GB up to 128GB! What makes this special? Well, first of all, our DDR4 components are offered in x4, x8, and x16 organization. Our DDR4 16Gb components in x4 configuration are unique because they're the only option that enable Single Device Data Correction (SDDC) and advanced reliability features on DDR4 modules. Not all manufacturers make DDR4 components in a x4 organization, and those that do offer it, tend to keep them for themselves as they prefer to keep them for their own DRAM memory modules. Also unique is that these components are available in Industrial Temperature Grade - again something not all suppliers offer.
