For 12 years of pitching and then over 20 years of coaching pitchers in both lessons and on the collegiate level, I have always been obsessed with speed. Still, I am always a student of the game and willing to learn from anyone, including my own students. It is not just speed, even though that is my forte. The magic behind powerhouse speed, sizzling spin, beautiful mechanics, incredible ball placement, strong mental game, combined with good game strategy, is an intriguing art that is ever changing with a lot of moving parts. I was once a great college ball pitcher but I desire to be an even better coach through love and passion for the game.
