I took the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Tsuruga, Echizen Takefu, and Fukui. This time I would like to introduce Fukui's foodies. The Hokuriku Shinkansen extension has opened, but I thought it would be very crowded when it opens and during Golden Week, so I waited until now. It was a great trip blessed with clear skies. The cities of Tsuruga, Echizen Takefu, and Fukui have all changed significantly and become urban areas.
