Inverter earth fault alarm 14 VLT 6000 Danfoss
Possible earth faults:
Cable insulation fault
Motor insulation fault
Water or moisture in motor
Current measuring circuitry fault. Faulty current sensors cables, components or connections inside drive.
For me, it was a cable from the current measuring module to the power board. Those cables are notorious of failing.
