In today's video I describe three ways children can feel invisible to their narcissistic parent. This happens by either ignoring them or by treating them like someone they are not. Next, I discuss how children may cope by learning to exist in a narrow way. Last, I describe how one can heal by finding new relationships where it feels safe to be visible.
