Kaka or Kuee Kaka Gilan (in Persian : کاکا کدو ) is one of the simple and delicious desserts (traditional and local sweets of Gilani) from Gilani (north of Iran) which is cooked during friendly gatherings (especially villager gatherings) for evening and accompanied by Tea or tea is served. The main ingredient of this traditional Iranian dessert is #pumpkin , wheat flour, sugar, eggs along with traditional seasonings such as cinnamon and cardamom. Milk and yogurt are added to it for better cooking and texture. And finally, it is fried in oil in the form of cutlets.
