Irumban Puli Achar / Bilimbi Pickle
Ingredients:
Bilimbi ( Irumban puli ) - 1 kg ( Chopped Bilimbi - 6 cup )

Oil
Mustard - 1 tsp
Garlic - 1/2 cup
Curry leaves
Chilli powder - 6 tbsp ( kashmiri chilli + normal chilli )
Asafoetida powder - 1 tsp
Roasted fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Jaggery - 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp
