Is Eleven Madison Park worth over $1,200 for 2 people? Or more specifically, the $1,219.40 we paid for the full tasting PLUS the wine pairing before even entering the hallowed halls of this 3 Michelin Star New York City restaurant?

One reason I wanted to try Eleven Madison Park was because I had recently finished Will Guidara’s book, Unreasonable Hospitality, published in 2023, which focuses on his time as a co-owner, along with current Executive Chef Daniel Humm, of Eleven Madison Park.

We had recently dined at Restaurant Daniel - that’s Daniel Boulud, not Humm, a two Michelin star restaurant here in New York City, and we had an incredible experience. There’s another important point to consider about Eleven Madison Park - it's gone full vegan. Not vegetarian. VEGAN! No animal products at all.
And it still has 3 Michelin Stars!!
