Ingredients:
For the Filling:
• 500g ground beef
• 100g chorizo
• 120g onion
• 120g Carrot
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 Tbsp Garlic paste
• 1 Tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 Tsp Sugar
• 100 ml red wine
• 250ml beef stock
• 1 tbsp smoked paprika
• 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
• 150ml tomato passata
• Salt
• ½ Tsp White pepper
• 2 Tbsp Flour
For the Aligot Mash (Cheesy Mashed Potatoes):
• 1kg potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
• 300-400g shredded cheese (mozzarella)
• 250g tbsp butter
• 200ml double cream
• 2 Tbsp garlic paste
• Salt
