Two articles came out within a few weeks of each other within the gaming world discussing massive changes over at Zenimax, in particular towards changes for their world reknown giant open world MMORPG Elder Scrolls Online. For years Elder Scrolls Online has followed a standard pattern of releasing 1 huge DLC and 1 smaller DLC every single year since the games release. The newest articles state that all of that is about the change however, as the Elder Scrolls Online will not stop producing large content drops and switch to a "seasonal" setup. So, will this end up benefitting the game in the long run? Or does it mark the start of a decline? In this video I will share the news, explain both the pros and cons of the new changes and then finally let you know what I think this means for the future of Elder Scrolls Online.
