Today I'm sharing how you can tell if your silicone bakeware and cookware is safe. When you're buying silicone - be sure to look for "food grade" (not "food safe) - or, silicone that is FDA and/or LFGB approved and BPA-free. Also, I don't heat my silicone items more than 350 F.
