Greetings, everyone!
I bring one of the last old recordings I have in my archives.
This recording dates back nearly seven years 😅. "I want to lift up this piece to Him." Soli Deo Gloria has been my prayer request since I first began my music studies, and it remains my prayer even today.
Recent tests related to my spinal work injury led doctors to suspect and conclude a VERY unexpected and non-spine-related diagnosis 1.5 months ago. I initially went through many emotional roller-coaster rides... However, first and foremost, I thanked—and still thank—my Father, Lord God, for revealing it when it could have gone unnoticed for years, as I had no prior symptoms, conditions, or family history.
With additional tests and preparation over the past month, I will undergo a surgical procedure tomorrow morning. My recovery period remains uncertain, as it will be followed by additional treatment post-surgery. Due to the urgency of this new diagnosis, continued and additional medical care will be required for my spine in the near future.
I apologize for not being able to bring good news, but THE GOOD NEWS is the GOSPEL. Jesus is our light. "For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light do we see light." (Psalm 36:9) Please pray for and with me to trust in God's goodness and His plans. It is indeed truly well with my soul.
Let’s praise together—SOLI DEO GLORIA!
*A special thanks to the best pianist, Dr. Cho-Hyun Park.
