In today's video I'm going to quickly show you how I use Aleen's Tack-It Over and Over to create the glitter layer for my epoxy coated pens.
In this video I use 3 sample pens each painted half and half white and colour-matched paint to the glitter used on it. Each pen will have a different cut of glitter so you can see how each will lay. The point of this video is to show you how to use the TI coating as well as make an informed decision on colour matching your paint and which cut of glitter works best.
