We had to put McDonald's in Italy to the test. Can a country that's so food-crazy really make the best fast food? Is it better than McDonald's in the United States? First, there are a ton of menu items not available in the states- a parmesan cheese cube, cremalosa, McToast, tiramisu, macarons, and My Selection burgers. We tried these plus the USA favorites to see if Italian McDonald's really is better than the rest!
