A wonderful blogger Amy Simmonds of @StitchedByStarlight came up with this idea to have a heated blanket. Sort of like a 'heat bag" that you put in the microwave. But, instead it's beautiful and works like a pad or blanket. I LOVE IT!!
You can make one too. I made one out of yardage and one out of UFO blocks. Such a fast, fun, functional gift to make for a loved one. (Or for yourself!) I use mine all the time now. It might be better than a heat bag!
