Ben and Meg are in the kitchen today working on preserving our onion harvest for the year. After curing the onions for a few weeks, are got them cleaned up and ready for storage, and we are going through them to see what needs to be used up now and stored in different ways - frozen sliced and chopped onions, canned pickled red onions, and balsamic onion marmalade.
