Strike Todoroki was a winner of the most recent Season 9 patch of My Hero Ultra Rumble. He received a buff to his health upping his survivability. He also greatly benefits from some of the other characters being nerfed such as Nejire and Hawks as the change has made those characters less common and allows a ground character like him to shine better. Now this is a character who I enjoy using all abilities and as a result I decided to mix things up and upgrade each of his different abilities to max first in each match. The matches ended up being chaotic and intense which I do hope you enjoy!
